CityBridge Urgent Care is part of the CityBridge Health Foundation, a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization with a mission to support and fund healthcare operations and related services to vulnerable individuals and families in Collin County and beyond. We focus on making healthcare services available to those who struggle to afford healthcare.
